How much does it cost?
We provide Internet Reputation Management
services at reasonable prices. The cost
of a successful campaign has several variables
including: the amount of keywords or keyphrases,
the type and amount of negative listings,
length of time the listings have been occuring
etc. We will work within your budget as
best we can. Plus due to our blended approach
we are able to keep costs down for you,
while continuing to get the best results
possible. We won't be beat on price nor
results. Another important aspect of our
services relating to cost, is that we focus
on long term results. You don't want to
pay someone to get the negatives "removed",
only to have them return in a month or so.
We see that a lot. Sometimes we are hired
to go in to "fix" previous work
done by some company that did "shoddy"
work only to get their check or money from
the customer, and then they're gone. We
focus on long term results. Give us a call

How soon can you start?
Once you decide to move forward we start
right away. The first step is to start our
analysis (see "Our Methods" page
for more info), as well as start getting
additional information from you via our
questionaire. We use this to start building
the sites we need.
Can't you just get rid of the bad
listings? After all they aren't even true.
In some cases it makes sense to go after
the offending remarks by soliciting or writing
an email to the sites that are hosting the
offending listings, and asking them to remove
the remarks. Sometimes there may be legal
options for you as well, especially where
out and out libel is involved. We will advise
you as to what we feel your options are.
However one needs to keep in mind that most
negative (or positive for that matter) postings
on the Internet are not easily removed.
In most cases the best course of action
is to use our techniques to suppress negative
listings rather than to try and have them
removed. It is also important to note that
even if you can successfully get all the
remarks removed from ALL the offending websites,
you might still be left with lingering listings
that show a synopsis of the negative remarks
that get indexed into the search engines
for months or even years after. Whereas
a successful IRM campaign can actually shield
you from future negative postings. A defensive
posture that benefits you potentially for

notch lawyers, should (God forbid), you
have to go that route.
How Long Does it Take?
How long it takes depends on several things
relating to the extent of the damage. If
there are only a few negative listings and
they are "manageable", we may
be able to complete a successful campaign
in only a month or two (note that you will
see results sooner), but in larger issues
with larger numbers of postings and negative
listings on high-profile sites, this could
require an extended campaign and/or additional
resources put to the project.
